liz & kyle :: married :: part two

Phew…this is gonna be a long one.  Liz and Kyle were married 9/5/09 at the Linn Canyon Ranch here in Victor, ID.  I posted a bunch of detail and getting ready shots last week and now it’s time for the ceremony and reception photos.  It is sooo gorgeous up there and Liz & Kyle were such good sports about us dragging them all over the place to get shots of the two of them.

We were going for sort of a stiff, old-timey feel with this one – I think it worked out pretty well!

Isn’t this the coolest idea for a guestbook?  Liz got one of those new Fuji Instax cameras and had everyone take a picture of themselves for the book.  And it’s probably too small of a picture to recognize her but that’s little Sierra from my newborn shoot a few weeks ago!  She’s a party animal, let me tell you.

I looooove Liz’s wedding ring.  The blue stone is SO COOL.

I don’t think I’ve mentioned it here but Nate and I have a bit of an…obsession, I suppose you’d say…with chickens.  They’re just so funny!  So when I saw these little chicken figurines in Liz’s dressing room I knew I just had to work them into a ring shot.

We had to kidnap Liz & Kyle during dinner for a few more shots as the sun was going down, the light was too good to miss!

This is probably my favorite first dance shot of all time.  They’re just so…spontaneous and cute and real.  I love it.

Quite possibly my favorite bouquet shot to date as well!
