Yesterday we took a drive up to the airport to drop off my brother in law. I haven’t shot much for myself lately (other than pictures of Milo, of course!) so I thought I’d grab the camera and see what there was to see on the way there and back.
Ok, I know this is probably a little gross, but we drove by this huge cluster of ravens and I saw some sort of hawk or eagle hanging out with them as well – I figured it was a roadkill carcass but really wanted to get a closer look at what the big bird was. When we turned around all the ravens took off and all that was left was this bald eagle. I’ve seen quite a few of them but not very many on the ground and none this close.

The ravens went and hung out on the fence across the highway until we drove off.

The Jackson airport. It’s the only airport inside of a national park.

Our welcoming committee at the airport.

Huge construction project.

Ok, ONE picture of Milo.

My brother in law, checking in for his flight.

Through the construction tunnel. I guess this is actually TWO of Milo. I’m not good with numbers.![]()

The Bridger-Teton Ranger District head office. It’s just such a funky looking building.

My favorite. This cow was such a good model.

Julie Grossman - Love the cow!! Awesome. How could you resist not taking more of Milo, really? He’s ridiculously cute.
katy - Heh, well, I TOOK a lot more, I just managed to restrain myself to only posting two. Winona and Jezebel are adorable, btw!! We’ll have to do a Unie reunion one of these days.
Jan - I love the picture of the berries–of course the Milo one is my favorite. We miss the little guy. Great Memories. Like the way you make a trip to the airport an adventure in photography.
Chris - Should I be offended that you think the cow is the best model and not your brother-in-law?
Great pictures! I miss Bernie’s Bowl.
