I think I know which direction I’ll be headed for my next roadtrip! Your pictures of this canyon are breathtaking! I am a regular at your blog and I have especially loved your pictures of the scenery while you have been in and around Nevada. I love all of the little ghost towns! The pictures of your son are great too! It helps that he is absolutely adorable! Keep it up!

i love the clouds/darkening sky in the background of the red cabin.
Daniel is just a very small town – population around 100. But it’s been around for a long time, so there are some neat old buildings and stuff. Big Piney is closer to 1500 people and has an awesome mexican restaurant.

Who knew branding could look so glamorous?! 
I like these as a collection; a record of the day. There are some that are real classics: The old cowboy with the mudflap girl on his hat, and the boot in the stirrup are two of my favorites. I’ll bet the Millers like them!
Ah right…the dust, the blood, the burning hair…it’s old Hollywood all the way!!
Really though, it was an fantastic experience and I’m so glad I got to do it. The Millers and the ranch hands were all awesome!

What a great shoot! My fave is the fisheye of the cows in the pen but I really like a lot of them.
